One of their number used to advise the Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold, but the order and their headquarters have not been seen for over a century. The Psijic Order is a mysterious and ancient order of powerful mages based on the Isle of Artaeum. Olnewil is an Altmer found east of the southern docks of Shimmerene, Summerset during the quest “The Queen’s Decree.” After completing her quest-related dialogue, she cannot be interacted with. In the city of Daggerfall, Mighty Mordra can be found downstairs in The Rosy Lion. In Vulkhel Guard, Turuk Redclaws can be found upstairs in the Salted Wings Tavern. You can get there, but it will take a long while as once you beat the main story, you go into the other factions areas to do their questlines starting with one, then the other after you finish the first. To join the Undaunted, you must locate a group of them in your starter city (Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall, or Davon’s Watch). Established characters will need to travel there after receiving the quest “The Queen’s Decree.” To obtain the quest, open your Collections, go to “Stories” and accept the quest “The Queen’s Decree.” Where do I start undaunted eso?
